Our villa is surrounded by the gentle rhythm of Umbria’s countryside — a landscape of rolling green hills, olive groves and timeless villages where life moves at a slower, more authentic pace.

Just nearby lie Piegaro, Panicale, Monteleone, Montegabbione and Città della Pieve: small towns perfect for morning coffee, local markets, great restaurants and unhurried aperitifs and evenings. Lake Trasimeno offers open water, soft light and relaxed lakeside dining, while cultural highlights such as Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto are easily reached for half‑day explorations.

Thanks to Umbria’s central location, iconic cities like Orvieto, Arezzo, Siena, Florence and Rome make effortless day trips, even by train — always followed by the pleasure of returning to the calm of the villa.

Food and wine are deeply woven into daily life here. Expect seasonal ingredients, handmade pasta, truffles, olive oil and local cheeses, paired with expressive wines such as Sagrantino di Montefalco and Grechetto.
