The Villa

Our villa is more than a holiday home — it is a place to truly settle in. Every space has been completely renovated and designed with comfort, light and luxury in mind, combining Italian character with modern elegance.

Living Spaces

Bright, open and inviting. The living areas flow naturally into the outdoors, creating a relaxed atmosphere for long lunches, quiet mornings and evenings by candlelight.

Downstairs is the main seating and dining area, including a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and a wine fridge so you can enjoy your Italian wine at the perfect temperature.

Upstairs is a large mezzanine floor with another seating area and a completely equipped workspace.

Outdoor Living

The heart of the villa is outside. Enjoy the grand and private shaded pergola terrace, large private garden and peaceful views on the forest and hills — perfect for slow breakfasts in the morning sun, relaxing aperitifs and long outside dinners.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Calm, comfortable and thoughtfully styled, the bedrooms are designed for deep rest after long, unhurried days in Umbria. High‑quality bedding, natural materials and serene colours create a quiet, soothing atmosphere that invites you to slow down and recharge.

The villa offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread over two levels. All bedrooms feature double or twin beds and are equipped with air conditioning for warm summer nights. One of the upstairs bedrooms includes an additional sofa bed, offering flexibility for families or groups travelling together.

The fully renovated bathrooms combine natural stone, warm wood and refined finishes. Walk‑in showers with deep green tiles, matte black fittings and double washbasins create a calm, elegant space.
