The villa is private, and the large swimming pool is shared within the gated community La Montagnola — just steps from the house.

Within La Montagnola there is a tennis court, a football pitch, a small children’s playground and parking.

Casa Augusto sleeps up to 10 guests.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across two levels. All bedrooms have double beds; one upstairs bedroom also has an additional sofa bed.

Yes — the villa has high-speed wireless internet and an upstairs mezzanine with a fully equipped workspace.

The swimming pool is open from approximately May until mid‑September, depending on weather conditions.

Minimum stay is 3 nights in low and mid season, and one week (or a multiple thereof) in high season.

Utilities, linens and high‑speed internet are included. An energy-consumption fair use policy applies.

Final cleaning is €250 per stay. A refundable security deposit of €500 applies.

Check‑in is from 16:00 (4 PM) and check‑out is before 10:00 (10 AM).

We are pleased to welcome small dogs upon request (subject to approval).  

A supplement of €25 per day will apply
