Rental Rates
Rates are per week and vary by season.
- Low season: from €1,750 per week (January through March, October through December, excluding school holidays)
- Mid season: from €2,450 per week (April through June and September, excluding school holidays)
- High season: from €3,500 per week (July and August, including school holidays)
In low and mid season a minimum stay of 3 nights is applicable, in high season the minimum stay is 7 nights.
What’s included
Included in your stay:
- Utilities (electricity up to FUP)
- Bed linen and towels
- High‑speed internet
Not included:
- Final cleaning: €250 per stay
- Electricity usage above FUP
(Energy use: fair‑use policy (“FUP”) applies (up to 25 KwH per day included, thereafter €0.40/KwH will be charged and deducted from the security deposit)
- A refundable security deposit of €500 applies to all bookings.
Availability & booking
Availability can be checked via the calendar by selecting your dates and the number of guests (adults and children) and sending a booking request. Minimum‑stay requirements will be shown automatically once your dates are selected.
Optional services (upon request)
Through our local host, the following services can be arranged to complement your stay:
- Welcome grocery package
- Car or boat rental
- Private chef
- Truffle‑hunting experience (seasonal)
- Intermediate cleaning and linen changes

Practical information
- Minimum stay:
- Low & mid season: 3 nights
- High season: 7 nights (or multiples thereof, starting on a Saturday)
- Check‑in: from 16:00
- Check‑out: before 10:00
- Pets: small dogs are welcome upon request and subject to approval
Supplement: €25 per day
Payment & cancellation policy
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total stay is required and the provision of all guest identification details through our partner Trippz, as required under Italian law.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to check-in, or if check-in is within 30 days, full payment is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation terms:
- Up to 60 days before check‑in: free cancellation
(bank charges may apply)
- From 59 days before check‑in: the deposit is non‑refundable
- From 14 days before check-in, no‑show or early departure: the full stay will be charged
